We’ll review your site and outline the likely costs. Our experienced designers will work with you to custom design your home or help you choose from over 300 of our home designs. We’ll even modify our designs to suit you and give you complete control over your level of finishing.
Approvals
We’ll liaise with your local council to ensure your design meets all necessary planning requirements and approvals.
Contracts
We work to fixed-price building contracts so you get no nasty surprises. Our finance experts can even help with finance if necessary.
